The Armasight Contractor 640 Thermal Weapon Sight is constructed around Armasight’s proprietary ArmaCORE™ 12 micron thermal core. It features both extensive detection capabilities coupled with a rich, detailed picture with onboard image processing, wireless communication interface, GPS, and internal memory. The Contractor 640 is also noticeably more compact and lightweight than other conventional thermal scopes. It provides up to four hours of continuous operation running on two CR123 batteries, which is a 50% longer run-time based on lower power consumption compared to other similar products on the market.

The Armasight Contractor series also offers a turret system that enables users to navigate various features – such as digital zoom, color pallet, and reticles – quickly and intuitively to adapt to ever-changing conditions and environments. Each unit comes with a digital compass and inclinometer that helps calculate distance, direction, and angles. As are all Armasight products, the Contractor is MIL-STD compliant, allowing for reliability in all weather conditions.
