The Firebird M50 Moderated Reactive Target is the newest advancement in the Instant Hit Recognition Target family. In response to customer feedback, the M50 edition uses the original 50mm casing and provides visual hit recognition and abundant smoke but with a moderated report. Because most feedback came from the airgun sector, Most requests originated in the airgun sector, Firebird has appropriately named the Moderated 50 (M50) as an option for instant hit recognition within sound-sensitive environments. Previous models of Firebird Targets had an average decibel level greater than 140, whilc the new M50 records an average decibel level of 65.
Many shooters enjoy the loud blast created by the original Firebird Target line, but others were unable to use our products in sensitive shooting environments because of the decibel level. The adjustments in the M50 bring the same reactive entertainment with a highly improved system for the high power airgun and PCP community and those in situations requiring reduced sound. Simply remove a Firebird M50 from the pack, peel and stick, aim, and watch for the response. No need for mixing or clean up after a day of shooting.
Unused targets must be stored like ammunition.
